Miriel's feet carried her cautiously and carefully into her new room. but as her feet passed through the doorway, she knew she would love this place. The floor was made out of a deep cherry wood that seemed to glisten and gleam with life. A large fireplace, intricately carved, had a welcoming fire within. The chairs that surrounded the fire were a deep brown and flickered slightly with the red light from the fire. Walls the color of the morning sun, seemed to lighten and accent the darker colors with it's rich, yellow warmth. A desk, made out of the same color cherry wood, sat against the wall to the right . Though it wasn't as carved as the fireplace it had a quiet beauty about it, like the fresh flowers that decorated it's table to in a vase.
Going further into the room and around a little room divider for privacy, you came upon a bed, it's wood was also cherry wood and it 's four posted bed stretched upward, decorated with scroll work. The bed itself was mounded with golden colored pillows and the bedsheets had flowing embroidery on it. A small dresser and a closet were off to the side, filled with other clothes.
Miriel wandered through the room with a look of awe. It fit her perfectly. The light smell of lavender, roses, and pine reminded her of the forest and flower gardens. It was elegant and gracefully decorated, not being to glamorous, yet not to plain either. Immediately as she had stepped in the place seemed to embrace her in welcome and clear her mind of any problems and fears. she turned to Raphael and Axel with a bright smile upon her lips, and a gleam of happiness in her eyes. " It's absolutely perfect! I could never have wanted anything more." She, for once, now had a place to stay, a place to relax and think, a place she could call her own. Never before had she had such a gift, and she knew she would treasure this place forever.
