The wind blew across the barren wasteland. Little trees blocked the gust and sand flew into the air. Bael was breathing heavely and trying to retain what water he could. 'It's so dry.' He thought. His burned fur coat and pants helped air him out, but it still didn't help keep him cool. He decided that he needed to buy thinner pants and a tunic. A gust of wind blew again and sand hit Bael in the face. Bael's head felt light and there was no water in any direction that he could hear. The only noise heard was the the sound of the wind blowing sand.
'So thirsty.' Bael thought. He was walking extremely slow and seemed to be going in no specific direction. Suddenly he stopped and turned to his left. 'Water?' He thought as he started running towards the sound he was hearing. 'I hear water!' He was excited now. It was louder now, he was right next to it. "Water!" He yelled as he dove in. Sand flew up into the air as Bael fell and got a mouth full of sand. He got up and spun around trying to listen for the water. Pulling his hair trying not to scream and spinning around, Bael's head started spinning and he fell backwards. He head rocked to the side and he unknowingly was facing a scorpion. The scorpion pinched Bael's nose. Bael groaned in pain. 'Crab?' He thought. 'No, think logical Bael... This is a dessert. Scorpion?' He turned his whole body towards the scorpion. "Did hear the water too Mr. Scorpion?" He asked in a soft voice. "Could you take me to the water?" The scorpion soon turned around and started walking away. Bael soon followed after crawling behind the scorpion, trying to stay close so that he could focus in on the noise of the scorpion over the noise of the wind.

As the wind blew fiercer and fiercer, the breeze seem to have gotten cooler and almost likable for this sort of weather. Around an area where nothing seem to be a round, a little tornado appeared on the ground and it quickly took a form. Anemoi took her humanoid form as she stepped onto this desert. The girl looked around and around but focused on above for the heat. Anemoi then began to walk around the desert looking around. She walked and walked around this death land which began to make her feel a bit sad. She began to reminisce about things while being hear and they weren't good things. Anemoi face was that of a dead girl going to her punishment of death. It seemed like this place was still a bit much for Anemoi. It reminded her of too many things of herself. Things she wish she could do things she wished she couldn't do. The girl shook her head then began to smile as if she was a joker. A crazy girl walking into something most people wouldn't be sure of. Anemoi just walked around the desert into in the distance she saw a little boy. The boy seemed to be following a desert and this made Anemoi wonder. What was this boy doing? What was the boy doing here? Those this was a bit of a serious situation, Anemoi began to laugh at the boy following the scorpion.
A swirl of flames appeared behind the same boy Anemoi was looking and Svarog appeared after the flame. The Silent one appeared with a sword in his hand as if he would kill someone thought this wasn't the case at the moment. Svarog just looked down below and saw a boy following a bug. He wasn't sure what was going on but he just stared at the boy. It was a strange thing to watch but that was all that Svarog did... Watch.

Bael stopped and turned over to look up at his new visitor. "Water?" Bael said. "Water!?" He repeated like a child. "Water!!!!" He threw himself toward the newcomers legs. "I need water!" He voice was dry and quiet. "How can anyone survive here?" He questioned. "Where are you from? How are you here? Do you have water? Follow that scorpion he knows where the water is!" He turned and pointed at the sand and he jumped away from the man's legs. "Where did you go my little water finder?" He said frantically. "I can't here him!" Bael curled up in a ball and laid there. "He was my only friend..." He said quietly. "I'm going to die here aren't I?" He said turning to the man. "Axel sent you didn't he?" He was breathing heavyly now, "Don't kill me. I just ask for water..." Bael fell at the man's feet and stared at them for the longest time.

Svarog looked down at the boy and questioned his metal stability. This boy seemed to have rambled about many things that Svarog only understood two things: This boy wanted water and was afraid of Axel. Svarog just watched this boy seeming as if he was going insane from the heat. Unfortunately for the boy, Svarog did not have any water with him nor did he needed it. Svarog just looked at the direction of Anemoi and stared at her for a bit then looked back at this boy. He then looked around for any sort of scorpion around but could not see anything.
The girl stopped laughing and then thought this little boy needed help. She walked towards the little boy and crouched down. "Little boy, do you want to go look for water with me? Anemoi asked as if this was not a serious situation. Her voice was a bit calm and as if this was nothing at all.

"Yes!" Bael almost screamed as he lunged toward and fell right under her. "I don't hear any water for miles though...." Bael said with his dry voice. Bael sat up with a serious look on his face. "Was I just ranting about nothing?" He asked expecting no answer, "Alright the heat's getting to me and I need water now to cool myself off. If you have any food, that will help too." His serious tone was slowly fading as he started breathing heavily. "Give me water now!" He said with a demon-like under tone as he shot a hand out and grabed the girl's collar and pulled it down closer to his level. "I really need it...." His voice had died and it was his usual innocent voice. Bael went limp and fell backwards. As soon as he hit the sand he shot up again. "I don't know if I'm going to make it..."

Beryl, after running for most of a day, skidded to a halt. Her instincts had certainly taken her to a familiar place. "Great. I thought I was out of this dump for good," she muttered angrily. She glanced behind her, still feeling paranoid after that run in with the snake. It seemed as though she had lost it quite a distance ago, but her feet had continued to tell her, 'run, run!' So she obeyed, not knowing what else to do. She wondered how that merchant man, Ryuu, was fairing now. He was probably glad she was gone, knowing how he was.
Suddenly, the sound of voices made her perk up. There were people here? She raced forward, sand and dirt flying up in her face as she did. She did keep her distance, watching their every move, hoping they wouldn't have the wrong idea about what she was.

[Occ: I'll leave you two to your killing.]
Svarog . stared down at the boy with a glare that seemed like he wanted to kill him. The demonic voice that he heard was something Svarog didn't want to be here if they kid was a demon. He glared at Anemoi which told her something. Even without words, the girl understood and Svarog took one last look at the demon. He had a feeling he would survive so he disappeared with a whoosh of fire appearing and then disappearing with him.
Anemoi watched as her peer left her. She watched the boy as he went crazy. She looked at the distance and saw something there. She looked down at the boy feeling sorry for him and said if you keep going north, you can find a little oasis. With that, she turned into air and seemed to have gone.

Bael was stunned by the quick dissapearance of everyone. "Was I that terrible of a party host?" He questioned out loud. He had forgotten where he was and why he was here. The burning of his throat reminded him of everything. "So thirsty and hungry." He laid back down and his head rolled over to hear the wind change around a figure in the distance. "Hey..." He said as if the person was right infront of him. "Water?" Bael's head spun as he rose and proceeded to walk towards the figure. As he got closer the smell of dog hit his nose. The crazy thought of clashing environments didn't click in his head as fast as it should. All he saw was food. He whistled and patted his thigh as he kneeled down. "Come here boy." He said listening to hear any movement. 'Thank Raphael.' He praised in thought. "Forgive me for what I'm about to do..." He whispered under his breath.

Beryl took a step back. "Boy!? Do you see anything dangling from my underside? Well, on second thought, don't answer that." She took a few defiant pawsteps towards this psycho kid. She couldn't understand why; it was most likely her indignance. She wanted to get in his face. This kid seemed to be off his rocker, a little nutty. It hadn't frightened her, that is until she heard the last part of his mumbling. "...Do what?" She started to back away again, fearful of this maniac's mindset. She could have run away again, but her legs just didn't have the muse to take her as far away as it would take to get away from this little creep.

Bael started walking slowly towards the dog. "Come here..." He mused evilly. "I just want to play..." His hand moved from behind him to his side, his sword was shaking in his hand, his mouth gaped open and his breath now wheezing. Soon enough he had passed the dog and continued walking. He whistled and stopped to notice he had lost the position of the dog. On his hands and knees he whistled and listened.

Beryl was confused as he suddenly turned away from her. Was he not able to see her, or was this just a trap? Pity welled in her kind wolfy heart at his desperation and the obvious fact that his health was awful. She took a few pawsteps forward, asking gently, "Hey, are you okay...?" She nudged him in the back, trying to help him get a sense of where she was. She didn't realized the utter danger of what she was doing. The only thing she saw was a poor boy who needed help.
When she spotted the sword in her hand, she took a pawstep back and began to whimper. "What are you doing with that?" She began to regret ever coming closer to this weird sickling. There was no escaping it now; if he couldn't see her, he could certainly smell her. She had run out of options for any escape.

A sly grin grew on Bael's face. He rose so quickly the poor pup couldn't keep up. Her snout was held shut by one hand and instantly she was thrown to the ground. Everything went quiet as the blade easily slid in below the jaw and above her throat. The death was instant, the blood was never ending. Bael soon became blood drunk with insanity. A couple more stabs to make sure the deed was complete and her soft fur was soon thrown onto the sand as Bael cleanly scalped her. Her bones were easily cut open and her organs now contaminated by the outside air. Everyone would see this as a gruesome action, but Bael saw this as dinner.
Walking straight and belly full Bael continued his voyage onward. High spirits above and his moral was at it's peak. He was now on a straight shot out of this Hell. The poor dog had little left in her and the vultures would soon clear that out. A grin grew on Bael's face as the sand blew in his face and against his new coat. It was a very nice coat made of real dog fur. Not too comfortable, but it does the job.

Hands of black, deadly shadows extended from above the skies, reaching down toward what was left of the wolf. It delved into her remains, pulling out the soul of a whole wolf and carrying it back to their master. They hesitated for a moment, lingering on to the soul of the demon that they could feel wholly. It took some urging from their master to get them to pull away, leaving the other life behind.
