Flying (Ice Kingdom)

The world seemed so small, so carefree from up in the depths of the sky. Everyone seemed to be going around in their own little worlds, doing business that to them seemed the utmost importance, yet to everyone else, it was just like watching and ant crawl around searching for something. Athena let out a puff of smoke as she lazily started to spiral down in the sky. The air was bitter cold, but it was alot more water here than where they were. A castle was below her, it's beautiful white castle, it seemed to be carved out of ice and plastered with snow. Then half way down she dove straight down, wings pinned to her side. It would seem to the world beflow that she was a star, falling from the sky. At the last moment she spread her wings and landed on the ground as light as a feather. People were running in confusion from one place to another. She shook at the feeling of cold. Blowing some fire out it didn't last long, but glew bright and crisp before fading away. This seemed to cause even more disruption in the place, screams were filling the air

Athena sighed at the screams and waddled off away from the place. "Gosh, you would think that they saw a ghost or something.. It's not like I'm going to kill them.." She mumbled to herself, though it was audible to everyone else. "I thought that the outskirts of this town would be enough. "Her feet kneaded the ground nervously as she searched the sky above, for another figure., the figure of a friend.

Kaiji dove down at top speed. Which may have looked like he himself was some sort of meteorite. His wings swooped him up in a loop just before the ground. He landed on his falcon feet but only a moment after he changed back into human form. "This is a place I could get used to." He said, wrapping his arms around himself with a big smile. It was perfectly cold there, even for him being in pants and a long sleeved shirt. His ears ignored the screams in the background. "You're hard to keep up with when we're flying." He said, sounding out of breath slightly.

Athena watched Kaiji land and his features seemed to relax. "Yes, well I am a dragon" She looked at him before shifting her gaze nervously around to the people who were fleeing from one place to another, fearing that she was going to burn down the town. Huffing a stream of smoke came from of her mouth, "People.." Turning to Kaiji she shook her head, "So I'm guessing this place is better for you than were we were eh?" She shook her head. Hopefully she wasn't bringing to much attention to herself..

Kaiji grinned. He also sensed the way she was looking around was sort of nervous. "Calm down. If anyone tried to do anything to you I will eat them and kill them." He said with a smile. His tone was happy, which didn't mean he was joking either. "Yes. This place is great, but if you get too cold just let me know. We can leave if you need to." He said. He wasn't the type to let someone else be in pain or be uncomfortable if he knew them. He would at least try to keep her warm if she needed it.

Athena looked at him as he mentioned eating them. A choking coughing sound came from the depths of her stomach. If you weren't used to it you probably wouldn't know that it was a laugh. She grinning at kaiji. "I do believe that that would be my job." She revealed her large dagger like teeth that glistened like polished ivory.

Her large talons opened and closed in the snow as she shifted her feet. "I'm not cold.. plus even if I did get cold.. I could always just... heat things up a bit eh?" She let a burst of flames from her mouth that was bright and yet small. It quickly disappeared into nothingness of smoke before it could burn anything other than air. A smirk came on her face. "I wonder what Sylfaen is doing now."

"That makes sense. But I could turn into a dragon, probably." He said with a big smile. Then he saw golden fire come out of her mouth. It was the coolest and scariest thing he had ever seen. Cool, because it was. Scary, because it was fire. He laughed a little at what she said. Kaiji had no idea who Sylfaen was. He thought it was a familiar name. "I have no idea." He said with a slight shrug.

Athena smiled at Kaiji, " Well I didn't expect you to. I was merely speaking out loud." She said this in a light tone, joking. "What is it that you like about this place again?" She looked down at him, "I would think that you would be cold in that worthless....coverings.." She faced him, lowering her eyes down to his level. Her large fire-like eyes blinked at him as her figure seemed to dwarf his.

"Cold? No. I'm fine, temperatures like this are my favorite. Although even to me it is a bit chilly." Kaiji said with a small smile. She was, indeed, quite a big dragon. Not the biggest she would be either, from his guess. He lifted a hand and a pile of snow formed itself into the shape of Athena in dragon form, except smaller. About the length of his entire leg, it turned into solid ice. It was barely able to be detected with sight. He tried his best to get every little detail etched in. "That is yours if you wish to keep it. It's magic ice so it won't ever melt. Unless I die, that is." He said, saying the last part quietly.

Athena looked at the ice figure carefully. It seemed almost to be a living breathing statue of herself, only smaller. "It's beautiful.." She looked at Kaiji with thanks sparkling in her eyes.Carefully taking the statue she placed it in a pack that she kept things in. "I hope that your death won't be any time soon." She smiled at him. Indeed she didn't.

"I had better find Elizabeth.. though I don't even know where to search...[/b]" She closed her eyes thoughtfully for a moment. "Boy will she be mad.." She laughed at the thought of Elizabeth being mad. She shook her head and looked at the now deserted village. "and turn back to my..other form..before I get attacked by someone.." She smiled sadly. Picking up her hand she waved to him and lumbered off. Her footprints leaving big marks in the snow.
