Sylfaen looked around at the small, bustling town, his now chesnut brown hair being buffeted by the winds. He smiled slightly, the old town feel a pleasant sight. His chest had been burning on and off throughout the day which was certainly not a good sign. He had recently passed through a land with a frigid river, basking himself in it for as long as possible until he figured it was time to set off again. Tundra was agitated; that he could tell. She hadn't sat still on his shoulder for more than ten minutes before flapping off and doing complete circles around this growing town.
He passed a hand over his forehead, wiping away the beads of sweat. Even with these constant winds, his condition was getting much worse. He glanced at his hand, his skin still somewhat pale. He shoved it back in the pockets of his long coat and adjusted the satchel he had slung over his shoulder. It had been holding supplies, but he had been jumped by thieves not too long ago. He managed to fend them off, but not without them ransacking his supplies first. He heard an indignant coo off in the distance, and he raised his arm with a smirk on his face. A beautiful, pure white snow owl fluttered and gently landed on his outstretched arm. He stroked her feathers and whispered to her, "I know. It's hot. But I promise you, we'll find them." She nudged her head against his cheek comfortingly.

Anemoi walked around the town with the look of the day dreaming cook. Her expression was of a price less tourist which made people around her look at her and gave her the stink eye or laugh. She actually didn't focus on this and just went with her tour of this place. Even though she was trying to say this in her head, it came out loud when she said Wow, i dont remember this town when I passed by a couple of centuries..... Once Anemoi said this, she snapped and looked around. Seemed no one payed attention to his comment and she sighed for the relief that no one listened to that comment or took it serious. She looked around to see who was around and no one was there really but a chestnut brown haired man.
A scary looking man appeared behind Anemoi and gave her a little hit in the head. This man stared down at her with a stern look and cold look combined into one. This man looked around to see the area and the people and then he looked down at Anemoi and quietly said to her, " Dont say such things out loud." He then glanced at the chestnut brown person around and then turned into another direction.

Sylfaen's head whipped around as a mysterious male looked him over, and he returned the hard stare. His look became gentler as he glanced at the young woman who was standing close to him. "...What was that all about, exactly?" he asked politely, not really expecting an answer. He had come to notice that people in these parts didn't exactly like to share their personal lives with any unfamiliar person. He supposed he was used to the open and carefree nature of his own people. No secret was too important to keep from your fellow neighbors. He supposed this part of the world was more secretive and protective of their privacy. He could understand why, to an extent.
He watched after the man who had harshly addressed the woman with a narrowed stare. Questions of his identity burned in his mind. Or was that his chest? He clenched a hand against his heart. Nope, definitely his chest. He grunted, trying to catch his breath. It was a useless attempt considering how humid the air was. He tried to hide his discomfort, not wanting to be asked any questions.

Anemoi looked up the man. She stared at him for a bit and then she said "you're really pretty minster." Anemoi said and then she looked back up at Svarog who was staring at the "Pretty man." Anemoi looked back at the pretty man and then remembered the question he asked. It was no problem for her to ask but she was afraid Svarog would do something to her. Anemoi then thought about it and then she grinned and decided she wouldn't be afraid of the consequences. It was her typical tactic in life, not really afraid to tell people most things about her life or what she was doing when she went somewhere. It was a common thing. The only people who didnt like this were the other spirits who weren't really here except the silent Svarog who seemed to be staring at the pretty man. " You see minster....Ive been alive a long time because im a spir....OWWWWW!!!!
Svarog smacked Anemoi behind the head when she was about to revel the secret that can end the world for all eternity. He glared down at the seemingly young girl with a cold serious stare as if he was saying Say one more thing and you die but of course he didn't actually say it. He was just looking and Anemoi seemed to understand this. It was actually this way of looking that most people would leave Svarog alone. After Anemoi got the point, he looked back up at the man and actually said something..... "Ignore her."

Sylfaen looked at her with a confused expression. He laughed lightly and said, "Thank you... I think." He jumped back in surprise at her sudden exclamation and the appearance of this strange man. With this appearance, he was beginning to feel a strain on his body. It was as if fire and heat itself were emanating from this silent fellow. "Something wrong?" he questioned, trying to sound relaxed and casual. He may have been slightly composed on the outside, but he was beginning to feel panicky on the inside. What is he!?
Tundra began to coo in alarm. She could feel her master's worries. He stroked her head to comfort her, whispering to her to quiet down. She stopped cooing, but refused to stop glaring at him with a suspicious eye. He rubbed his hands together and blew in them. The air that came out was frigid as he tried to keep at least one part of him from losing all sense of cold. It wasn't too obvious. He was trying to remain as nonchalant as possible.

Anemoi looked up at Svarog rubbing the back of her head from the hit he gave her. It was quite painful and it was starting to get hotter and hotter. Anemoi rubbed it more and more and glared at Svarog. She knew Svarog would not do anything but stare back but she noticed he snapped his fingers making the heat from her head go away. Anemoi was still mad at Svarog and wanted to yell at him but held it in. She was not stupid enough to even dare to try to pick a fight with Svarog though she was brave enough to try. Her mind didn't make sense with this so she stared back at the pretty man. " So Mister. Pretty Man. Whats your nam Wondering what to call him instead of pretty man.
Svarog just stared down at Anemoi after he snapped his fingers to remove the heat from the hit. This heat was used on purpose on Anemoi to try to shut up and it has seemed to work. Once this happened, she ignored Anemoi and her stares and looked at the man Anemoi was talking to. Svarog found in intrest to this man and wanted to watch him. This was just the typical thing he did and was just doing what he was suppose to do. Svarog then watched the owl that seemed to talk to the man and just wanted to see more.

Sylfaen felt the sudden removal of heat that was emanating around the girl. It made him feel a bit more relaxed, but it still didn't help his condition any. He was startled when she asked his name, assuming he was the one she was calling "pretty man." He tried to conjure up a name, not wanting to give away his true identity. "...Averill," he finally said, satisfied that his made up identity sounded somewhat realistic. "Yours?"
He glanced between the two and they seemed to be quite opposite. He had an uneasy feeling about the man looking around wih a bored expression. He noticed his glance shift to Tundra, and he automatically reached up to pet Tundra's feathers. She obviously returned the glance with a nasty glower. She could feel her master's uneasiness about this strange man. This man seemed to just sit back and observe, as if he wasn't involved in life at all. What a strange pair, he thought.
He knew he shouldn't be even engaging in this conversation, but he felt rude just walking away from them. He had to come up with a pliable excuse, but nothing was coming to him. He just decided to bit his tongue and hold out until they decided to leave on their own. Or until I die from this heat, whichever comes first.

" My name is Anemoi and this man is my associate Svarog . Anemoi said with a cheerful glee and then turned around to see Svarog. She wanted to him do something like wave or smile though he didn't do any of these things. She sighed and then she turned back to the pretty man and with a wide grin she looked at the pretty man and said " Im going to keep calling you pretty man. It suits you. Also can I pet your owl? Anemoi said ignoring the owl for this time. She wanted to pet it and secretly hope it was like a parrot who could talk but knew better. It would be so cool in Anemoi's head to see a talking owl that she would die to see one. " Though I hope it isn't another painful death...... Anemoi said this out loud though she didn't mean it to be said outloud.
Anemoi first thought of this as nothing but then when she realized what she said, she quickly ran from Svarog's side and ran behind the pretty man. She didnt want to get hurt from him and this time, the thought she would get burned from him. She could try to blow away this fire though it would burn the town. She didn't want this to happen.
Svarog just nodded when Anemoi introduced him. It his mind, he didn't care if this man knew him or knew he existed he only did his job, to observe. Svarog was just doing this and was doing this like he always have. Nothing was going on with him just observing. Svarog just watched how they introduced each other and when Anemoi said that comment outloud he raised his hand and glared at her. He watched he run to the other side behhind the man and with that, he created a wall of fire behind Anemoi trying to stop her from runnign away.

Sylfaen was a little weirded out by this girl. He accepted his nickname with quiet consent, not wanting to get into anything dramatic. Tundra hooted sharply in obvious disdain about wanting to be petted by this woman who was calling her master strange names. Sylfaen took a step back from her after her strange outburst. "What do you-" His eyes widened in alarm as the girl dove behind him and a burst of fire came from nowhere. Even if it wasn't burning him directly, it might as well have been. He clenched his chest, trying to steady himself, but it was a useless attempt. His knees gave out and he collapsed against the ground.
Tundra cawed fiercely and dove toward the firey man, aiming for his eyes with her sharp talons. She was relentless and ruthless, refusing to give up in her task. Sylfaen lay on the ground, the gravel growing dimmer and foggier before his eyes. Well, I guess I figured out which would come first, he thought, trying to find some humor in all of this. He could see Tundra assaulting the man who had created the fire, but he was too shaken to try to stop her. He didn't know how he expected to survive this.

Anemoi quickly turned around when the fire appeared not paying attention to the pretty man's pain and suffering. In fact, she didn't even notice him falling as Anemoi was busy focusing on the fire. Anemoi grabbed her bow that was resting on her back and then grabbed an arrow. She pointed her arrow towards the fire and shot it towards this fire. Anemoi then mumbled something under her breath and a cool powerful gust of wind guided the arrow to the fire and blew it away but before the fire was put out, the arrow burned away though the wind took care of the rest. Anemoi watched this and jumped happily and then turned around. She saw an attacking bird and a dying pretty man. She didn't know what to do first so she grabbed another arrow and point her bow at the owl " LEAVE SVAROG ALONE!!!" Anemoi yelled out to the owl then looked at the pretty man. " WHATS WRONG PRETTY MAN?! Anemoi said with concern.
Before the owl was attacking Svarog, he noticed the man fall down when the flame appeared and then he closed his eyes when the owl was attacking. He didn't even move or shake all he did was stand there with his eyes closed moving his head slightly to avoid the owl from poking his eyes out. This was all Svarog was doing and he didn't even seem to care that the owl was trying to make him blind. Svarog just muttered somethign under his breath and a owl made of fire appeared. This owl began to follow the other owl trying to burn it away.

The sound of humming faintly drifted in the air like the wind as a figure of a girl skipping cam into view. Her strawberry blond hair flowed behind her like a river as her blue eyes sparkled with joy. It was a beautiful day. The sun was shining and the light wind in the air was pleasant.
Her eyes rested on three figures, two men and one lady. One of the men had a white owl furiously attacking the face of one of them. Rushing forward she cried out with her gentle voice. "No, No! You mustn't do that!" She never addressed animals like they were dumb creatures but rather, like she was talking to another human.then the owl of fire appeared, this frightened Kaylen, for fire was one thing that she severely disliked, for it was one of her weaknesses. "Watch out!" She cried out to the white owl as she turned to the man who was in control of the fire bird. Her blue eyes snapped and crackled with hidden fury. "How dare you try and injure the bird! Don't know know that the bird is a rare breed! How could you be so dense and cruel!" She stood on her tip toe in order to get somewhere close to being the same height as the man.

Sylfaen extended a shaky palm towards Tundra. "Stop that now, girl. Stop." Tundra hooted in frightened alarm at the sudden appearance of the fire owl, and she swooped back down and rubbed against her fallen Master, trying to get him up. He clenched his teeth as he felt the searing pain of the fire run throughout his body. "It's the fire.. The fire..." he gasped, struggling to get air. He felt Tundra tugging at his jacket with her strong little beak, attempting to rip it off. It wouldn't budge; she wasn't strong enough.
Sylfaen tried to stagger up on his feet, only managing to get halfway before falling backward again, slamming his head against the ground. He saw for a moment the fuzzy faces around him before blacking out completely. Tundra hopped toward his face, hooting and cooing as loudly as possible to try to wake him. She nuzzled against his cheek, tore at the collar of his shirt and walked over his arm. Nothing did the trick. Tundra couldn't understand why he was just lying there. Didn't they have places to go? She hopped over toward the stranger who had tried to help her, cooing urgently.

Kaylen whirled around to the man behind her. His skin seemed pasty and his face seemed to be beading with sweat. Rushing to his side she got there right after he surrendered into unconsciousness. Stroking the Owl's head gently she turned her attention to the an before her. Shooting a glare at the man with the fire owl she said harshly, "Get rid of the fire, can't you see that it's affecting him." Then she muttered under her breath. "Men."
Looking at the man she took off his jacket carefully and balling it up put it under his head. Holding her hand over his chest she closed her eyes. Her fingers glowed a light yellow. "He is weak.." She muttered gently in a trance like voice as she continued. With a sigh she gave him some of the energy of her life that she had. After a moment her hand dropped and she slumped over for a moment, feeling the energy drain from her.
Reaching in her pouch she stuck a seed in the ground and stepping back waved her hand over it. Out of the ground was a sprout that soon grew into a tree, with thick foliage that made shade over them all. Getting up she leaned against the tree with her eyes shut slightly as she looked at the owl. "You sure are a long way from home...You should be in the place I just was. It was covered in snow, you would fit in quite well there.

Svarog just stared down at the girl angry at him for the attacking owl. Svarog thought of the bird attacking him a more of enough reason to attack it back. It was self defense. If an animal didn't want to get hurt with fire, it shouldn't have played with it or even attempted to hurt it. That is the way Svarog thought of this and as a stance of rebellion towards this girl, the fire owl flew towards the girl and threaten to burn down her hair. The fire owl was slowly going towards to the girls hair until the owl was one cm close from touching it and putting it on fire.
Svarog pointed to his fire owl to let the girl know he was about to burn her hair off. This was actually interesting thing to observe Svarog thought. A women is usually concern with her hair and if one has no hair, he wanted to see the response to this. He expected anger and hate and Svarog wouldn't have mind seeing this. The silent one has then turned his attention to the man who was dying. Remembering there was a mention of fire killing him, the only thing of fire here at the moment was hhim. Svarog then moved closer to Avrill and touched his head, he was attempting to raise his temperature seeing what would happen.
Anemoi returned her bow and arrow and watched the girl yell at Svarog. Anemoi was confused about the dying man and annoyed how the girl yelled at Svarog. The owl was attacking him and what was he suppose to do? Just stand there and take the hit. Anemoi walked up infront of the girl and stared her right down. So what? He's suppose to let the owl kill him? Nice job of considering Svarog hasn't dont anything wrong to the owl! Anemoi said with a bit of anger in her voice at the girl who came out of no where.

Sylfaen's whole face contorted as the man touched him, his anger as well as his heat rising. "Don't... STOP!" A huge burst of ice exploded from within Sylfaen, extinguishing the fire owl and throwing back the man of fire several feet. His chest was heaving as he managed to stand with his legs slightly bent. "Was your intent to kill me!?" he shouted breathlessly. He fell back against the tree, when suddenly he realized what had just happened. Had all of that energy come from the girl who healed him?
Remembering her, he scowled menacingly at the man of fire. "You. You just enjoy throwing your weight around. Showing everyone what a powerful creature of fire you are." A bright blue glow was emanating from him. "Have you ever thought about thinking before you do something, instead of just standing there with that blank look on your face?" Tundra began to tug at his ankle, signaling they should go. His head whipped downward to look at her, then his eyes softened as he realized her desperation. She was right. Starting a fight here wasn't worth anything, and it would only weaken him. He crouched down, low enough for her to hop right up onto his shoulder. She glowered at the firey man and the girl who called her master strange things. Sylfaen turned back to the nymph who had healed him. "This place... Could you perhaps lead me in the direction of it? I.. we... would be very greatful."
