Kaylen laughed at Raphael's reaction and tucking a stray flaming red hair behind her ear she looked at the others. Looking at Ebony she replied, "but if he was this world would be in mighty bad shape wouldn't it?" Her blue eyes sparkled brightly as she looked at Ebony. Her face fell a bit and she said, "I know what it is like to not have parents around."
Miriel glanced at the girl and gave up trying to defend Axel in a non obvious way. When Raphael suddenly left at the meantion of someone called Sylfaen miriel just looked at him blankly, or where he had been. "Great.."Her gaze turned to Dai and she sighed, "I guess we should get them to Axel.. shouldn't we. Why don't you take Elizabeth.. I'll... meet you there.." under her breath she whispered "hopefully."
Athena, who had been watching this whole thing stepped forward and looked Miriel in the eyes, "I'm not leaving her alone.. I hope you realize that." Then her gaze shifted to Elizabeth, "After all we can't have her running all over the place to find me again."
miriel's eyes widened slightly at the thought of transporting this.. rather large dragon.
As if reading her thoughts Athena stepped back a couple of feet and blew smoke so that it formed a screen around her. When the smoke cleared her human form remained. The color of her scales resided in her hair, tacked netly behind her slightly pointed ears it was arranged in an intracate bun. Her black dress was long and flowing, with ruffles down by her legs, causing it to look like black water rippling down from the top of the dress. Her skin was pale, yet had a golden tan sheen to it in the sun. On her shoulder was a black marking that had a sword with wings on it. It was a marking of ancient meaning to the dragons. Few knew what it meant anymore. All that was the same were her piercing amber eyes. Walking forward she had a slight smirk on her face. "Will this do?" She turned to Miriel, who just nodded slightly.
Miriel turned to Dai and said, "See you there I guess." Looking at the sky she tried to summon her power to teleport.. but to no avail. Light started gathering around her but it dissipated quickly. A frown came to her face. Athena looked at her and whispered to her "Clear your mind...and focus all of your mind on where you want to go. Envision it in your mind."
Miriel looked at her about to ask how she knew, but instead she saw only sage wisdom residing in Athena's eyes. Nodding quietly, not daring to ask her blue eyes fluttered closed. Her face relaxed for a moment as she envisioned in her mind Axel. Where ever he was, she needed to go. Light seemed to grow lighter and swirled around her feet in the shape of balls. Growing larger they left streams of light behind as they covered her and Athena in there light, hiding them from view. Then with a flash of pure white light that seemed to stretch across the pasture they disappeared.
