MILOS (I'm lazy I will make template later.) Milos' head swiveled down so he was looking up toward the little gathering that had grouped around him like a flock of curious sparrows. With a wry smile creeping up on his face he flipped his whole body over in a split second and was now belly-down, lounging against the wooden boards with his left foot hanging in the air. To the elven girl's comment he chuckled slyly, his eyes roaming freely as he purred back, "Oh please, seniorita. That was nothing." Milos lept to his feet as he stuffed his hands in his large, bottomless pockets and slinked forward a step. "If you come around the back, I'll be happy to give you a private show that you'll never forget." He cocked his eyebrows in a suggestive expression, but then his gaze wandered for a moment to the place slightly behind her. A wall of brick with an appropriately stone-faced expression made him step backward.
Howling with nervous laughter he shook his hands and head at the lady as he quickly covered, "I kid, I kid. No need to get uptight, eh, senor stone face?" he joked, directing it at the elven man behind her. In a dramatic swoop he stood beside her and covered his mouth theatrically as he half-whispered in her ear, "No, honestly, anytime you feeling a little lonesome just drop by the nearest river, and call for me passionately. My services are always available." Still chuckling to himself he leaped backward onto the stage.
Waving his hand dismissively, he exclaimed, "Oh, nonono, my good sirs! The casa di Milos Dios is open to all, twenty four/seven." He winked humorously at Miriel as the last few words came bursting from his lips. Seemingly out of nowhere, a modest tent with brilliant colors had popped up behind Milos' setup for his act. He gestured to it in a grandiose manner with the crooked grin still lighting up his strong face.

'-. Míríel & Adrían .-'Miriel smiled brightly at the man as he mentioned the performance as being nothing. She knew that the performance was probably the same one over and over again, repeated in different towns, and so forth. Perhaps there were little twists to tailor the performance to different areas, but she had no doubt that this was just like walking to him now, something that required no thought. When he came nearer with an aggressive and sly sort of air radiating around him Miriel raised an eyebrow, though her brightness never faded for a moment. Before she could react to his words Adrien had come up behind her and placed a protective hand on her shoulder. "Aye, and if that were to ever happen I would give you a show that you would never regret. Your days of showmanship would be over." When the man put up his hands in defense and said he was joking Adrien followed answered back. "As do I. No need to be so loose, sir." Adrien's voice was light, but his eyes were like steel. Miriel stiffened slightly at what he said, but then relaxed slightly. Her face was rosy slightly as he leaped back onto the stage. "Adrien do not worry about me. " "I am not worried about you, I am more worried about him if he keeps acting this way." "Please don't do anything stupid." "I cannot guarantee that."
When Adrien and Kaiji refuted her about him not wanting people she frowned at them as her spirit rose. Then the man washed away their arguments and said that he was open at all times. When his tent popped up Miriel was the first to go forward, coming closer to Milos she looked up at him with a smile on her bright face. Locking her hands behind her, giving her an innocent appearance. Looking at the tent she smiled, "Ah! What a colorful house you have. How enchanting! I am guessing that you must be Milos. Am I correct?" Her blue eyes shifted to him as the smile on her face could either be translated as a smirk or a slightly flirting smile. Adrian turned to Ebony and held out Agatha to her. " I am sorry Agatha, but I think that I must part for a moment. Here Ebony. It's not that I didn't...enjoy your grandmother's companionship, but I do believe I may need my arms free." His eyes glanced darkly at Milos.

[glow=red,2,300]Kaiji[/glow]Kaiji was shocked a bit by the man's offer of a "private show." Being as chivalrous as he was, he got alightly angered. Kaiji could tell that he didn't really like this guy, right from that moment on. He was a thief, which he didn't really mind very much. And he was a womanizer, which he really disliked. 'I'll call your name...' He thought, 'and then I'll throw you back in with a few bites...' He smiled at Adrian's response. Then he wondered about what he would do if his sister were still alive and they were in this situation. He'd probably do the same thing as Adrian, maybe even be angrier. Kaiji was surprised by what Miriel did next. His eyes flipped over to Adrian. He walked over next to him. "Don't beat him... Not just yet. If he does anything, then would be the most proper time. And I'll help you out, too." Kaiji said, a slight grin on his face. His eyes shifted to the golden color of a lion's and then back to their normal color.

Ebony ♥ As I try to make my way to the ordinary world..[/center][/color] Ebony wasn't quite sure what to do with this daring fellow. She'd certainly heard enough angsting about him from his father and Axel, about how if any part of him ended up banished, it would be his tongue. He said what he meant and meant what he said, not caring who was there to listen. That was good form and all, but there had to be some limitations. Apparently not in his book, however. She jumped in surprise as she heard Adrian say her name, turning to look just as he nudged the wrinkly old prune back over to her. Well, a few minutes of peace was better than nothing.
"O-oh! I understand good fellow. Always must protect that manly pride!" Agatha made a shaky fist in the air as she giggled to herself in a croaky voice. Looking around with wide eyes she spotted her granddaughter and began pointing at her vivaciously with a grin. "I found her!" Ebony just mumbled something incoherent and latched herself onto her grandmother's arm.
--I will learn to survive-- [/font][/color] ,:MILOS☺ All we are is entertainmentMilos' brows furrowed and his lips pursed as his eyes shifted with suspicion between the two strapping young fellows. It seemed like he was making a mockery of their angry mutters between one another, which he was. However, he was also sizing the dynamic duo up in case this came to a brawl. He did not want the odds to be out of his favor, especially in front of the two young ladies. How terribly embarrassing.
With a click of Milos' tongue Manos bounded up onto his head and curled up on it, his bushy tail wrapped around his entire sleek body. Milos reached into his bottomless pockets and pulled out a shiny red apple, handing it over to the nimble little claws of the creature. It nibbled and poked at it with delight as it made itself comfortable utop it's master's noggin. As the lovely elf dame questioned his identity, the crooked smirk returned to his lips as he wiggled his thick eyebrows and stood tall with his his arms posed at his sides. "Why yes, milady. I am the one and only Milos Dios, master of magic, artisan of artistry, and weaver of water."
With that he bowed deeply, sending the raccoon plummeting onto the cobblestone in a heap. Manos shook his head as he chittered and chattered angrily, picking up his half-eaten apple and scurrying off. Milos scratched the back of his head and chuckled deeply. "My apologies, mi pequeño amigo!" he called after the critter, still laughing relentlessly.
Focusing back on his attention at the party in front of him, he noticed the elderly woman tottering back and forth next to a petite girl who looked awfully familiar. Sweeping forward he got on one knee and took a wrinkly hand in his. "Dios Mio! Where are my manners? Please, I insist you all join me at once within my humble abode." He kissed the old woman's hand lightly, sending her off into a fit of giggling and sniggering. The damsel beside her just shook her head and sighed in frustration. She was looking more and more familiar with every passing second. In a split second he was on his feet again, hopping lightly between them as he began to prance backward. "Come, come now! Don't want the lambchop stew to get cold, do we?"

'-. Míríel & Adrían .-'Miriel smiled as he told her his name and bowed deeply. This smile of hers lacked the vibrancy it usually held. This Milos seemed to enjoy laughing at others misfortunes, and playing with the minds of others. One moment he was being crude and suggestive, the next kind and talking aobut manners. what a twisted mind.
Soon he was coming back toward her, talking about lamb chop stew. Miriel's golden head shook and she walked towards Milos. "Before we go, I wanted to make one thing clear." She looked him in the eye. Her voice was sweet. "Your first performance was admirable, but your "second"... I think it deserves a little something..." She smiled, "special." She tilted her head at Milos and took a step closer, her blue eyes were like shining pools of water. Then suddenly, her hand, palm opened, came straight at his right cheek.
Adrian, who had been tense as the man came close. Adrian wasn't sure if he liked this guy. He was a flirt, nothing more, but he probably too the flirting as far as it could go. His gaze shifted from Miriel and then to Ebony. Even though the latter he didn't know well, if this man tried anything towards any females, Adrian would step forward. Then his gaze dropped to Agatha. She was giggling like a schoolgirl. Afrian smiled and shook his head. Old people.
Once Miriel's voice came floating across the air, Adrian's eyes snapped up to her. There was something in that tone and as his eyes rested on her, he knew was she was about to do. "Miriel!" How would this man react to a woman slapping him on the face, would he laugh and call her a spicy senorita, or would it bring forth rage? Adrian had to be ready. To tell the truth though, he didn't blame Miriel, Milos had talked to her like she was just a tool of pleasure, something discarded as soon as used, or maybe kept around if she "worked" well. Over my dead body such a thing would happen. Even then he doubted the man could handle Miriel. She was sweet, and kind, like a delicate flower, but she had thorns, strong and biting ones that revealed themselves suddenly. He shook his head, sometimes he wondered why he worried about her so much. She wasn't stupid. Turning to Kaiji he sighed. "Just like Miriel, as soon as I am ready to take things into my own hands she does it by herself." He ran his fingers through his hair. "Do you have a lady Kaiji?"

[glow=red,2,300]Kaiji[/glow]Kaiji looked at the little raccoon. For some reason he really wanted an apple. 'Must be all the time I've spent in rodent forms...' He thought. He turned his head back to Adrian. He smiled and blushed a little. "Nah. I'm not much of a ladies' man... Still getting over... something." He said, trying not to sound as sad as he felt. Memories of the killing of his family surged forward. Mainly because the last girl he had feelings for had been one of his sister's friends. She was his age, about 6 years older than his sister. Kaiji sighed quietly.
He smiled a bit. His body began to grow orange-red colored fur as he shifted into a red panda. It was most definitely one of the most adorable things he could turn into. Baby bunnies were quite a close second though. "I'll be back. I'm going to go play with the little one." He said. He paused for a moment. He just realized Milos had offered food. His little red panda stomach grumbled a bit. "You know what... I'll just stay with you guys.... And I'll change back once we get in there." He said, purring a bit at the thought of getting to eat something.

,:MILOS☺ All we are is entertainment Milos' eyes grew wide as the dainty little hand came flying at him. Everything slowed down to a crawl as his own hand lunged out and flung towards hers. He heard the slight crack as his palm engulfed her hand just inches from his face. Then in a motion that took mere milliseconds, he kissed his way up her arm, over her shoulder, up her neck, and then... Right on the lips. There he lingered for about two seconds, his thick and nimble fingers already beginning to move their way up her leg. He held her in place for the next half a second or so as he grabbed the thick, leathery fabric of the garter on her upper thigh. With a whirring motion he leaped backward, sending the garter flying in the air like a slingshot. He leaped up much like a crazed squirrel and snatched it, skidding to the ground and holding it between his hands. With a look of pleasure he brought it to his nostrils and inhaled deeply, releasing a satisfied "ahhh" as he pulled it away.
With a swift, single jump he flipped back and bounced up onto his feet again, still waving the strap of leather around like he had just won the lottery. "Thank you for the gift, senorita! I will treasure it forever, just like this tender moment between us before your hermano attempts to remove mio virilidad!" Knowing that time was coming and he had mere moments to escape before being jumped by the stone-faced fellow and his feathered friend, he ducked down and rolled like a runaway apple between the group, unbuckling both Adrian and the feathered fellow's belts as he flew by. Skidding to turn as he continued to thrust forward, he shot past the brunette and her elder, seemingly taking nothing. When he was a safe distance away, he jumped up and yelled back, "Perhaps another time we can share that delicious lambchop soup together, bella dama!"

'-. Míríel & Adrían .-'Crack! Miriel's eyes widened as her hand met something other than Milos's face. Suddenly, before she could move the man was kissing her, quickly, and smoothly making his way upward. This man, knew what he was doing a little to well for Miriel's comfort. Just as she was tugging away he landed his lips on hers. Miriel froze, his lips were hungry, teasing, yet gentle. She felt herself slipping into his charm, as she clawed for reason.
A snap filled the air, causing Miriel to come back to reason. Milos was gone like a flash, catching her garter. This left her, red in the face, fingers over her mouth in shock. What had just happened. She could hear and angry shout behind her, Adrian. When Milos talked again Miriel looked at him with eyes growing with anger. Her hands fell to her side and curled into balls as light danced on her fingertip. "Rhachon le! (I curse you)" Her voice was quiet.
Adrian, was shocked. The nerve this fiend had. Anger quickly boiled within him and just as he was reaching for his sword the belt at his waist unbuckled and fell clattering to the group. Cursing under his breath her scooped it up and pulled the sword from his sheath. Turning to Miriel he found her heading his way, hands clenched and glowing with light. Those serene blue pools of her eyes were now churning and livid, the effect only heightened by the blush on her face. "Miriel. Are you -"
Miriel didn't flashed him a look that stopped him from speaking. Then she transferred her gaze to looked at the cheeky fellow as he talked of his soup. He was to fast for her, she knew that at this distance he would be long gone before she got close to him. Then she realized, he had gone back the way they had come. . Putting her hand to her mouth she whistled sharply. A Roar answered behind Milos and a white figure charged from around the corner and stood, looking at Milos with suspicion. Miriel strode towards him, hand on her hilt, "You sir, are a fiend."
Adrian sighed and looked at Kaiji, "Be glad you don't have a lady, they can be trouble to look after." He looked at Ebony, "No offense." He shook his head, "Come on, I need to make sure Miriel doesn't do anything stupid. Though I wouldn't blame her is she got his head on a stake and put it outside the walls." He looked back at KAiji, "Would you mind flying up and making sure that he is kept from running off to far, or you could stay in that form and distract that "rat" of his."

[glow=red,2,300]Kaiji[/glow]Kaiji's eyes widened when Milos did his little touching spree that led to a kiss. He squeaked in shock, which is what it sounds like when he gasps in red panda form. His eyes flicked over to Adrian, who yelled in anger. He understood. 'What to change to...' He thought. Images of a bear, a panther, an albatross, maybe even a gorilla flashed through his head. He squeaked again, deciding on turning into a gorilla. His fur began to turn black and he began to grow. Back to his normal size then a bit taller. He growled threateningly once he completely transformed.
"I wouldn't mind a lady though. Even if they are trouble." Kaiji said, his voice a bit deeper than usual. Adrian sked him to fly over and he felt dumb. "Yeah... I'll do that." He said, looking away for a second. He shifted into a hawk, his eyes staying on Milos. He screeched into the sky with joy. He hadn't had a hunt in quite a while. Especially not one so big. He angled and soared lower. He kept a lookout for Milos's little rodent.

MILOS[/size]
Milos gaped at Miriel in shock as he called back with a crooked grin, "I'm no elf, but I highly doubt that is language for a lady!" His body jolted for a moment as he heard the sudden eruption of growling from behind him, craning his neck back ever so slightly to meet the eyes of a rather curious and angry-looking tiger. "Sicing your gatto on me now, eh? Thankfully I never leave anywhere empty-handed!" he said in a sing-songy, mocking tone. With that final word Milos reached down dramatically to his tall leather boot and began fishing around, a mischievious glint shining in his dark eyes.
Ebony subconsciously put her palm to her side where a dagger sheath lay hidden beneath the burgandy material of her long skirt. As her fingers began to form around where the hilt should have been, a shot of panic rushed through her as she felt nothing but the material of the sheath. In a rush Ebony looked down and patted the entire area with both hands until she heard the sly laughter of the artful con man from a distance. Her auburn hair swirled around her face as she turned to look at him, her pale blue eyes ablaze with a cold flame of fury. "That gold-digger took my dagger!" Ebony yelled, pointing a sharp and accusatory figure at his pompous frame.
"Oh, how wonderful!" Agatha cried out in joy.
"No, grandma, that's a BAD thing!" Ebony chided back.
Milos whooped triumphantly as he whipped out the dagger and pointed it upward in a grandiose manner, making the red scales of the blade shine brilliantly in the sun.
"Ha-ah!" he crooned like a triumphant rooster. With a saucy smirk he held it in front of his eyes and ran skillful, swift fingers over the surface, his eyes growing wider and wider as he examined it. "Quite the unusual stabber you've got, senorita. Reminds me of the time I outsmarted our dear Guardian de vita." He chuckled proudly as his eyebrows wiggled slightly. "Old dog couldn't keep up with my speedy heels. Slipped right underneath his brooding eyes and yanked out a fancy little sword that was a lot.... like..." his voice trailed off, and as he continued speaking, it got more soft and less confident as he went on in his little rant. Milos' jaw drooped slightly as his eyes shifted in stunned silence between the dagger and the deeply scowling face of the elven girl. Scratching the back of his shaved head a grimace crept its way onto his features as the now extremely familiar dame crossed her arms over her chest menacingly.
"..Oh, mio."
Manos scurried through the alleyways of the cramped shops on light and clawed feet with the apple core still dangling from his razor-sharp incisors. He chittered and squeaked as he scooted along, unseen as a shadow as he darted from trashbin to trashbin, taking what he pleased between his nimble claws then hurrying on his way. He perked up on his hind legs and glanced around swiftly and hurriedly as he heard the distinctive sound of his master's tongue clicking in an urgent call. Manos began to crouch down and swivel back in the direction of the hand that fed him when his keen, furry little ears picked up the swishing of wind directly above his striped head. His beady eyes flew up as he twitched his head this way and that, staring at the hawk with interest. With a bit of a coy thought, Manos tottered off back into the darkness of the alleyways, intending to lead his pursuer through the winding and twisting ways of the city of ruins.

'-. Míríel & Adrían .-' Miriel's eyes narrowed at the man before her. "I believe that you have come to deserve my "gatto". No Gentleman goes about stealing kissing, or." Miriel blushed slightly. "Other things.".
A shout from behind her caused Miriel to tighted her fists and glared more piercingly at Milos. Every word he spoke was teasing, flirting, gloating. What had caused him to be this way? Milos seemed to have everything, strength, wit, looks, charm, freedom. He did whatever he wished and to much of it. Was it just a spoiled side of him that yearned for what he wanted, or something deeper, something in his past? Miriel shook these thoughts from her mind. She would not sympathize for him, he didn't deserve the emotion it would take from her.
Adrian placed one hand on Ebony's shoulder, and another on the hilt of his sword. "If I know Miriel, she will get that daggar back for you, even if it takes her riding across the tundra in deep winter to do so. Even though Miriel had not known you for long, she opens her heart quickly and becomes loyal in an instant. I believe you are already on her list of friends." Even though Adrian's face was stoic, his eyes were warm, and he glanced at Ebony for a moment before lifting his hand from her shoulder and letting it fall to his side.
Those grey eyes of his turned stoney again as he focused his attention on Milos. "We must let her have her battle by herself. She can handle it for herself." Then in a lower voice he sighed, "Hopefully."
Miriel had been still, awaiting the right moment to act. She saw her opportunity when he studied the blade in his hand with despair and muttered, "Oh Mio" The moment was right. Bringing her arm up she flicked her wrist and opened her fist. A ball of white light skittered from it and hummed toward Milos's hand. she had no intention to miss this time. If it struck it would send a stinging sensation so sharp it would be like a hundred wasps stinging the same spot at once. Then it would turn to a burning and then die away. Most likely this would cause him to drop the knife. Then with a ring the sword was pulled from her scabbard. The light metal seemed to be glowing in contrast to it's black hilt and scabbard. It was held, not in a threatening manner, nor a relaxed manner, but as a warning. If he attempted to try any other tricks, there would be consequences. If he chose to fight, then so be it. Miriel did not like fighting, or bloodshed, but she would not back down if it presented itself to her. 'I would suggest, sir, that you leave. Your presence is no longer welcome here. Leave the dagger, and go." Syrena let out a growl from behind him, but with a slight motion of Miriel's hand she moved to the side slightly, allowing a path for Milos to take if he chose to leave.

[glow=red,2,300]Kaiji[/glow]Kaiji's hawk eyes swept across the land below. He saw the movement of something small. It was definitely that little raccoon. The sneaky little beast. Although, he was a beast as well, so he couldn't really think things like that. 'Gah! Which one should I go after!? I want to go get that man, his little rat didn't do anything. Except for stealing the people's money. Which he could really not give any less of a damn about. Then he saw something twinkle in the man's hands.
From what he could hear, it was a dagger. A very nice dagger as well. He angled his wings and let out a piercing screech. It may have taken away the surprise of him coming down, but he didn't care. It felt appropriate. He spiraled down and began circling above Milos. Far enough that Milos wouldn't be able to touch him. Close enough so that he could very quickly get a strike with his talons. He admired the blade that belonged to Ebony. It was even better than he first thought. 'What I wouldn't give for something that well made...' He thought, still watching Milos closely.

MILOS[/b][/size] ((I miss my compy ;. ) Milos had to take a moment to take in the shock before whipping back to his senses like a clap of thunder. With a jump he sprang on his heels and bounced around on the pavement like a drunken sparrow until he swung up the side of a building, using a flagpole and various holds in the siding. The dagger was still tightly clenched in his hand when the white energy came shooting at him from the dame's hand. When it hit his palm it felt like a million little beetles crawling their way up his arm, pinching all the way there. With a brisk shake the dagger clanged to the rooftop. "¡Maldición!" he exclaimed, still flicking his hand as if it were full of pins and needles.
When he directed his attention back upward, still rubbing his stinging palm with a grimace, he called out to Miriel, "Eh, that is my money maker you be striking!"
Ebony was just about to stomp forward and slap the dagger from his greasy paws but Miriel did the job for her. Her attention snapped back to Adrian at his seemingly formal words, but she couldn't help smiling when she caught his expression. "I would hope so. She seems like she'd be the wrong person to have on your bad side," she added with a laugh. Her face twisted into a scowl at his last statement. "If not, I have a few connections that could straighten him out," she said darkly.
Milos looked at Miriel with a strange, unreadable expression at her harsh words. She didn't play around, did she? Milos couldn't stand stiffs, both in the humor world and the financial world. It seemed he had quite literally flirted with disaster.
Off in the distance a slight grumble came to his ears, and Milos smiled to himself as his furry companion came darting up onto the roof beside him. A glance upward made him catch the sight of the feathery fellow drifting above, and he realized that his fun and amusement had concluded. All good things must come to an end, right? With a sinister look he fell to his knees, his hands on his head, and wailed out loud.
"Oh, Dio! What a fool I have been! May I hide my face in shame for disgracing myself in this manner! Ohhh, woe! Lash me! Beat me! Take this horrible shame away! I... I..."
[/color] He pulled out a vividly and obnoxiously colored sash and buried his face in it. "I cannot bear to face my shame!"[/color] He left the sash dangling over his face in the typical fashion of mourning. His feet were already beginning to melt on the pavement. A cloud of purple powder formed before him into a razor-sharp, deadly looking dagger. "For all I have done, goodbye, cruel world!"[/color] In a dramatic sweep, he lifted the dagger and plunged it into his chest. Coughing and hacking he staggered back a few steps, clutching his chest with both hands. Releasing his hold he gasped horribly as a spurt of... water erupted from his chest. Smiling crookedly, he raised his arms in a shocked gesture as his entire body melted into that same clear liquid. Quick as a river he was sliding down the side of the building, over the pavement, and away into the grooves of the street. Milos sprinted after the moving puddle, his mocking laughter able to be heard from miles away as he escaped, free and clear, as always. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

'-. Míríel & Adrían .-' Adrian smiled at Ebony, "No, it would not be wise. I have been on that side much more than I would like." His mouth twitched into what could be translated into a smile. Though the movement was small, the effect it had on his face was great. A soft and gentle look seemed to smooth his face out. Those greenish blue eyes were warm and welcoming. Oh the memories of him and Miriel were many. They had seen it all together, playing in fields, practicing, escaping, hiding, everything was together. He remembered when she was born he was fascinated by how light seemed to gather around her and seemed to make her hair glow at times. Their parents sometimes called them twins by how much they seemed to understand each other. It was as if fate was preparing them for times when they would be alone, with only each other to rely on.
Looking down at Ebony at her mention of connections his expression went back to what it was before. More stoic. "I'm sure you did. That man seemed quite surprised about your dagger, little miss." His eyes had the twinkle that matched Miriel's bright eyes. "I'm sure you would be a bad person to be enemies with, as well." He let his gaze wander to his sister. "We will get that dagger back to you, mark my words. Now if you will excuse me for just a moment."
The man was gone. Milos was gone. Miriel didn't even look at him as he left, she was just glad that his presence was no longer here. Had she acted to harshly? He seemed like a playful sort of fellow, yet at the same time, he had crossed a line. It was such a beautiful day, but now that had changed. The sun seemed to be shaded from her slightly, the shadows seemed darker. Drawing a hand over her face she let out a sigh. Suddenly a strong hand rested on her shoulder. Adrian.
Reaching across her chest she placed her hand on top of his. "Did I act rightly?"
Adrian sighed. Miriel, so gentle usually, so caring. Whenever she acted harshly she felt uneasy as if being harsh was against her nature. "Quite frankly I would have left him nothing more than a pulp on the side of the street. Or perhaps ruining that Spanish face of his by -"
Miriel's laughter rang through the air as she turned to him with her face glowing. 'Enough already! Thank you Adrian, you always restore my spirits."
Adrian lifted an eyebrow and replied, "Gelir na thaed" (Happy to help)
Releasing Adrian's hand she walked over to Ebony. "Sorry to have gotten you tied up into all of this Ebony." She smiled at the girl.
"Who knows, maybe Agatha has gotten her fill of adventure for now." He looked to the old lady. "What do you say, did you enjoy your excursion today?"
With a flick of her hand Miriel had Syrena by her side and she rested her hand in the tiger's plush pelt. It seemed like everyone was more at ease now, even the tiger was relaxed and gazed at the group with satisfied and peaceful eyes. "Now all we have to do is figure out how to get the dagger down from the roof." Letting her eyes glance around she added. "And where is our feathered friend? Has anyone seen Kaiji?" She had seen him above Milos, but then when the man left, she had lost track of the bird.
Adrian smirked at her, "Don't worry about him he will be back. I'm sure of it. With anyone like Kaiji, who has the gift of flight, they will return. Somehow they always do."
Miriel smiled at her brother and looked at the people around her. A sense of needing to be alone filled her. She wanted to be by herself, and there was a place that was calling her name. Somewhere she wanted to go and spend time to think things that had happened through. Plus, it was tradition to visit the place she was going. "Well, what you say is true brother. I don't think I am needed here anymore, after all Adrian, you are more than capable to get the lady's dagger back. So if you excuse me... " Turning she called her horse to her. Mounting with a smooth motion she smiled at the rest before turning back the way she had come. It might seem strange, for she rode with no bridle, only a saddle to comfort the long hours on the horses back. With just a tap she was off, Syrena running beside her.
Adrian turned to Ebony with a smile. "Now let us figure out how to get your dagger shall we? Or perhaps we will get lucky and it will just fly over here." His gaze flicked to the now disappeared form of his sister. There was slight worry in his eyes, but also a knowledge that she needed to be alone, and he knew where she would be heading. It was a place he never went anymore, ever.

[glow=red,2,300]Kaiji[/glow]Kaiji had been surprised when Milos turned into water. He wished he had at least gone down and plucked one of his eyes out. When the man had stabbed himself, Kaiji had almost dropped out of shock. Thankfully he had only dropped a foot and began flapping his wings once again. The laughter of the man still came even after he had gone. Kaiji let out a threatening screech. He circled down onto the roof and looked around.
He saw the shine of the blade and hopped over to it. He grabbed it with his beak. Hard enough to hold it, but soft enough that it wouldn't leave a mark on the hilt. Then he hopped over to the edge and glided off to the others. He dropped it at Ebony's feet and backed up. He shifted back into his normal form. "I'm here. And I've brought you your dagger back." He said, picking it up and holding it out to her. "And I'm sorry I didn't peck his eye out. I guess it would've been a bit much though." He said and grinned a bit.
